Treat yourself to a delightful experience with Roasted Red Grapes over Yogurt, honey-drizzled, and thyme-sprinkled. Perfect for a sweet and savory breakfast or dessert!
This breakfast is a sweet, healthy alternative to a pre-made jam that normally comes with these kinds of yogurt.
The thick Greek yogurt is complemented with sweet, juicy grapes and finished with a little honey and some thyme leaves.
It truly is a delicious, indulgent, and guilt-free breakfast.
I like grapes two ways, cold from the fridge, or roasted. I’m weirdly indifferent about room-temperature grapes.
Cold grapes are so thirst-quenching and fresh, there’s something about the sweet coldness that is just divine.
Roasted grapes, on the other hand, are sticky, sweet, soft and sultry. The skins shrink and soften, allowing the liquids of the grape to come out and make a sticky sauce that will accompany the yogurt.
You hardly need any other sweetener with this, I chose just a small drizzle of honey, but there’s really no need for anything.
As for yogurt, I chose Greek yogurt. The reason is that it is so thick, that I could create a well in the middle which would hold the grapes in.
You could use any kind of yogurt you like though, I have a feeling vanilla yogurt would work extremely well!
Let me know down below if you’ve ever roasted grapes, or if you try out this delicious, healthy breakfast!

I have never roasted grapes. Didn’t know that was a thing, they look delicious though. Imagine they’d go really well with goats cheese!
They go so soft and jammy, it’s lovely with yoghurt! I can imagine this would be perfect with Goats Cheese, I’m not a fan of it myself (although I wish I was!) but i can imagine the salty cheese is a perfect accompaniment! Let me know if you try it!
I’ve never tried roasted grapes but it sounds really yummy! x
