Homemade jam has never been this easy. No refined sugar, no preserving, no fuss. Just full on fruity flavour and some natural sweetener!

3 Ingredient Chia Jam 3 Ways!

Chia seeds really are the food from heaven, I’m convinced of it. There’s just no end to their usefulness! They pack a healthy punch when added to a smoothie, make the most amazing pudding and now… jam.

3 Ingredient Chia Jam 3 Ways!

This jam is nothing but fresh fruit, some agave nectar (or maple syrup, whatever you have on hand), and chia seeds! Talk about simple. In this recipe, the chia seeds act as a binder, thickening the jam to be just like the thick jelly you buy from the store, without the mountain of sugar.

It lets the fruit shine and do it’s thang, which is just how good, homemade jam should be :)
